  5. Sprinkle the chopped parsley, mint, and toasted pine nuts over the top of the dish.

  6. Drizzle the lemon juice over the Fatteh and garnish with pomegranate seeds for a burst of color and flavor.

  7. Serve the Vegetarian Fatteh immediately while still warm, allowing the flavors to meld together deliciously.
