– 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables, grated coconut, coriander leaves, crushed ginger, and garlic.
