Frozen Jack Olanterns

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream, and milk. Blend until smooth and well mixed.

2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips to the mixture, creating a speckled effect resembling pumpkin seeds.

3. Using a small ice cream scoop, carefully fill each pumpkin-shaped silicone mold with the creamy mixture. Make sure to leave a bit of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion during freezing.

4. Gently tap the molds on the countertop to level the mixture and remove any air bubbles.

5. Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

6. Once the Frozen Jack Olanterns are frozen solid, remove them from the molds by pressing on the bottom of each mold. If needed, run the back of the molds under warm water for easy release.
