Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Wash the fruits thoroughly and remove any stems or pits. Roughly chop the fruits into small pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.

  3. Add the lemon juice and honey to the fruits. Blend until you achieve a smooth puree consistency.

  4. Pour the fruit puree onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, about 1/8 inch thick.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the fruit puree is set and no longer sticky to the touch.

  6. Once the fruit puree is dried, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool completely.

  7. Carefully peel off the fruit sheet from the parchment paper and place it on a clean surface.

  8. Using kitchen shears or a knife, cut the fruit sheet into long strips about 2 inches wide.

  9. Roll each strip of fruit sheet into a tight spiral to create the classic fruit roll-up shape.

  10. Repeat the rolling process with the remaining fruit sheet strips.

  11. Store the fruit roll-ups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
