Mms No Bake Cookies

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, measure out the rolled oats and set aside. This will be the base for your no-bake cookies.

2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the unsalted butter, milk, granulated sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and everything is evenly incorporated.

4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the rolled oats in the mixing bowl. Quickly stir everything together until the oats are completely coated.

5. Gently fold in the M&M's, being careful not to crush them too much. The vibrant colors will add a fun and delicious crunch to your cookies.

6. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave enough space between each cookie for them to set.

7. Allow the cookies to cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or you can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
