3. Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls and roll them out into flat circles using a rolling pin and some dry flour to prevent sticking.
4. Heat a griddle or a flat pan over medium heat.
5. Place a rolled-out paratha on the hot griddle and cook for a minute or until bubbles start to appear.
6. Flip the paratha and spread ghee or oil on the cooked side. Cook for another minute.
7. Flip the paratha again, spread ghee or oil on this side, and press gently with a spatula to cook evenly until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
8. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
9. Serve the Methi Parathas hot with a dollop of fresh yogurt, pickle, or a side of your favorite curry.
